Terms of use

The deal

everylane is a free service run by Paul Farndon in Guernsey. By connecting your Strava account you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy, which says what happens to your data.

Using it

• You need a Strava account, and you must be 16 or over.
• Connect only your own Strava account.
• Don't try to break, overload or copy the service, or reach anyone else's data.

Running the roads

everylane shows which roads you have run, not which roads are safe to run. Some have no pavement, fast traffic or no public right of way. Judge every road for yourself, and don't use the map to navigate.

As is

everylane is early and provided as is, with no promise that it will always be available or that its figures are right. Coverage comes from GPS traces matched to OpenStreetMap, and both can be wrong. There are ten places for now. We may change, pause or end the service, and will say so in the app first when we can. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

Other services

everylane relies on services run by others, including Strava. To the fullest extent the law allows, everylane disclaims on their behalf all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and they are not liable to you for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages. Your use of Strava is governed by Strava's own terms. everylane is not made or endorsed by Strava.

Liability

As far as the law allows, everylane is not liable for any indirect loss, or for any loss arising from using the service or relying on it. Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Leaving, and changes

You can leave at any time: Settings › Delete my account & data erases everything. If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in the app and update the date at the top. The law of Guernsey applies. Questions go to paul@everylane.gg.
